November Employee Spotlight Ashley Harvey, LVN

At Haskell Memorial Hospital, dependable care doesn’t happen by accident. It’s delivered shift after shift by people who show up, stay steady, and do the work the right way. For our November 2025 Hero Spotlight, we’re proud to recognize Ashley Harvey, LVN.

Ashley has been part of the HMH team since October 2020, serving on the night shift for the medical/surgical unit — where consistency, attention to detail, and calm under pressure matter most.  Ashley is thorough, reliable, and dependable, providing attentive, high-quality care to every patient she serves. Her teammates know they can count on her, no matter the shift or situation.

Beyond her daily impact on patient care, Ashley is also investing in her future and the future of nursing. She is currently working toward becoming a registered nurse, demonstrating a clear commitment to professional growth and to strengthening the care team in Haskell for years to come.

“Ashley is a steady, reliable force on our night shift. Her work is consistent, her patient care is excellent, and she is someone her team can always depend on. We appreciate her strong work ethic, her commitment to growth, and the high standard of care she delivers every single shift.”
Meghan Shelton, BSN, RN, Chief Nursing Officer

“Team members like Ashley are the backbone of this hospital. Her reliability, professionalism, and dedication to patient care reflect exactly what HMH stands for. We’re grateful for her continued commitment to our patients and our community.”
— Michelle Stevens, Chief Executive Officer

Ashley Harvey is a true asset to Haskell Memorial Hospital, and we’re proud to recognize her as our November Hero Spotlight. Thank you, Ashley, for the care you provide and the standard you set — every shift, every patient.
